Delivery service is available only to the ground floor, loading/unloading bay, or the designated receiving point.
For deliveries to upper floors, lift access must be provided. If no lift is available, the customer is responsible for arranging manpower to receive the goods.
As sugar is a government price-controlled product, the selling price of sugar remains in accordance with the government-controlled price.
A separate transport and handling charge will be applied to cover delivery and handling costs.
